As a Founding Engineer at Pursuit, you will play a pivotal role in refining and advancing the AI technology we have built that will collect contact and entity intelligence.
Ideal candidates for this role should have at least 5+ years of experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Work closely with our team and customers to gain a precise understanding of the problem to be solved. Asking the right question is more important than getting the right answer.
- Build custom models or use off-the-shelf models to be able to extract, parse, and reliably output data from millions of data points. Think: pdf’s, web pages, and more.
- Developing and introduce systems that allow us as a team to understand how we are progressing from model version to model version. Evaluation and testing is important.
- Build, fine-tune, train, and develop models that accomplish whatever task is given. These models may be as simple as linear regressions or as complicated as computer vision.
- Developing system architecture that are not overly complex but also have the ability to scale.
- Assuming complete responsibility for your tasks—as a key part of the foundational team, you are presented with the unique opportunity to make substantial contributions to both product development and engineering aspects, while fostering direct, professional relationships with our clientele.
- Collaborating closely with the CEO & CTO.
